As far as most parts, npd usually has about the lowest price, and just about all the suppliers sell the same brand of parts. For carpet though, the cheapest i have heard about is rockauto.com i have heard from several people that they were the best price for good quality carpet, they sell the acc brand which is really nice stuff.

Depending on what you are looking for check local wrecking yards. Sometimes they have some 2nd generation things laying around. I found a set of rear seats that after being cleaned up were a good deal at $50.

Bought all my interior items from Biscay's Classic Chevy. Carpets were $115 a couple years ago, think they're $130 now. Factory style with jute backing. Door panels were $100 a pair. NPD is cheaper on seat covers, if your seats are good, at around $350 for a full set front and back, or $250 for just fronts.
