can u guys give some tips on how to increase my stock 350 camaro on a budgett

 

like i said in the other thread, what is the budget?

 

im 15 so i have like 1000 to spare for now

 

cam, intake, carb

 

$1,000? So much for putting a blower on it!

 

is there anything your car will need? What i mean is if your car needs work and the motor runs fine for now, i would get the car up to par first then worry about more hp along the way.

But for a $1000 you can prob find a good used intake for under $100, set of headers for under $200, cam/lifter set $150, maybe find a set of good used heads with the rest? or save up and get some real good stuff for $2000?

But i was meaning to ask, post a pick up of that 75, we all love pics

my 2 cents. get a intake and carb for like 100$ if you look around

i just got a used but solid TH350 trans and a brand new torque converter for 150$ today from craigslist. acquired a set of free headers from someone. though i didnt use them in my project my dad can or i can make a custom set i want for drag or just paint and resell for 50$. got a whole front bumper cover (front clip) for 25$ you see if you look around craigslist you will make that 1000$ go a long way! i only wish i had 1000$ haha happy hunting

 

+1 for craigslist cheap stuff but be weary of it check it out make sure what your buying is what you think it is and its good dont be afraid to ask about it or want someone to check stuff out with you i ask my dad about everything i buy car related
