i have a 76 that im trying to restore its about 80% finished ..it runs....and is painted......but im trying to decide what model it is.....because the owner before me repainted it ....but he said it was a rs....it has a 350....the ducktail wing...but thats about all.....so please help

 

well thats hard to say with the info you gave. there was 4 models the base coupe the rs the Lt luxury trim and theLS luxury trim RS. they allhad the option of the 350 and and the last 3 had options for the spoiler. if it came with the 350 like the guy said theres a good chance its 1 of the last 3 but might not be the LT RS. becuse those might have came with a few special options. you might be abel to check the VIN number with chevy and they could tell you. if your siting in the driver seat youll find the vin on the top of the dash to your left. well thats where it is on my 77. the production nubers are, so you do the math. ide have to say its a LT.

dooood,, im sry i was wrong.. all 4 models had options for spoiler, becuse i have a base coupe and it came with it. but .. dont get me wrong.. it dont have the weak *** 250 or 305. i got a 350 from a 1972 c-10. ..lol my bad. but ya. check the vin with above link. this will help you out.
