Default hey need some help with a new project

hey guys i know this is kinda the wrong section since its a 1st gen but ive been thinking about selling my 79 since all i have left to do is replace the fuel pump and somehow get the hood to open without a screwdriver again and i found this 67 they want $700 but i bet i could get it cheaper is that a good price for a 1st gen roller it doesnt have an engine or tranny and probably no interior it looks like it might have a pretty rough back end though

fill it up, so how many miles it goes, Miles traveled divided by the number of gallons your tank holds

Fill the tank, note the mileage, drive until it's at least half full, then fill it again and see how many gallons it takes. Then subtract starting miles from the second fill miles and divide by the gallons.
I'd buy a 1st gen in that condition in a second if the frame and most the metal is solid. Even if most of the body was in need of straightening.
