i just got my car back and i think something is wrong with my transmisson.....any time i stop and start goin i have to push the gas down farther than normal then ill be driving and it will shift outta 2nd but wont shift into 3rd for awhile...please help me diagnose this

 

check your transmission oil it might be low

 

did you just get it back from a tranny shopif you did take it back and tell them to fix it. also check to make sure the all the vacum lines are connected.

 

There is a cable adjustment by the carb, known as the kick down cable. If that is not adjusted right, it will not shift into the next gear correctly.
