Help!!!

Broken cable maybe? Check to make sure it's connected on both ends, then pull the tranny end and see if it's got the square cable end sticking out. If it is you can put a cordless drill on the end and spin it clockwise to see if it turns the speedo.

Alright I couldn't figure out the speedometer and now I have another problem....all of a sudden the driver door doesn't want to open anymore I don't know if the lock is stuck or if it's the handle I tried from both inside and out any of u guys ever have this problem?????

Have you tried unlocking it with the key? I know it sounds simple, but had to ask.
Try holding the outside handle up and pushing in on the door at the same time, or get someone inside to pull in or push out on the door as you hold the handle up outside.
Worse case scenario, hold up on the outside handle while someone sits in the seat opposite side and gives the door a sharp kick from inside to pop it open.

may be the same thing my drivers door did. the top hinge starts to fail and it tilts the end of the door down. try pulling up hard on the outside door handle while pulling out on the door to lift it off the striker pin.

If the door panel is off there is a hole that you can unbolt the striker while the door is closed. I had this problem a couple weeks ago. Blast sand got down inside the latch. I luckily had the panels off and used a long prybar to push the latch down from the inside.
The lift and kick is actually consider THE way to do it.

Nice! Good to be prepared and have a trip go that well! The car must be in pretty good shape to make the trip without a hitch!
