Have any of you ever had 20" wheels on the rear of there 2nd gen camaro I have a 78 and am pretty interested on getting the staggard look and found some I liked thet are 18x8 front and 20x8.5 rear would that be too big and look stupid if anyone one has any pics of 20" wheels on their camaro id love to see it.

yea 20" on a 2nd gen would look wayyy too big IMO...just completely the wrong look for these cars.

quick way to check is to google it OR check ebay. theres usually a good mix of cars on there with all sorts of mods done to them.

 

I have 20's on my camaro and I think it looks okay, but then again beauty is all in the eye of the beholder. You can see the car in my profile pic.

I generally don't like to have large diameter rims on my cars, but I think these compliment the overall image of the car and give it an aggressive look.

 

Can't make them out in your profile picture bigworm. Just have the one angle like your avatar, so it's hard to tell how they fill the wheelwell.

 

i think 73z is running 20s in the rear,,, go to the 2nd gen rotm thread, he has pics up

 

i jus double checked and he IS running 20s in the rear and 18s up front
