thanks Kyphur i grew up in this car it was my dads for like 25yrs i can still remeber driving in the mountains with the windows down and with peter frampton blasting on the stero and the rocks falling down the hill cause my dad was geting as close as he could to scare me lol, i even remeber the top out runs maxing out the 130mph speedo doing like 145+.its memories like that made me want to fix it up and make my own memories, which i already have lol,its not as fast as it used to be,but a ricer or any V6 is yet to beat it.

 

I'm definatly going to be asking you guys questions as I rebuild mine!...Dang some day I need to bolt on that hood lol.

Thats a awsome paint job. Is that just standard yellow, orrrr?

 

I believe that it was refered to as Dakota Yellow...

It was painted that way whenI got it. However if you see the first pic I posted was right afterI got it and it looked kinda dull. After a good waxin it came out damn good

Heres mine it's a 1980 Z28. Not my 100% favorite camaro ever but im 19 andit was this or an import... I will never own one of them.I got a 454 big block with it and i got a 4 speed muncie ready to go in it was an original 4 speed car. I also got another front clip for it. She's not done yet but im slowly fixin it up.
