The Air/Fuel Mixture Screws Should Be At The Two Front Base Corners. If You Don't See Any They Are Factory Sealed And Will Have To Be Knocked Out. I Wouldn't Advise Knocking Them Out On Your Own Unless You Know What Your Doing. It Could Probably Be Thoroughly Cleaned And A Kit Installed. Most Of The Time That Solves The Problem. Sick.

Since Its Running Rich I Would Back Them All The Way Out. Check For Trash Or Buildup On The Tips. Then Start Them And Tighten A Half Turn. Check It Out Each Half Turn Til You Get The Results Your Looking For. It's A Primitive Method But Lets Face It It's A Primitive Carb. Still Think Your Gonna Have Thoroughly Clean It And Put A Jiffy Kit In It. A Cheap Kit Will Run You about 20 Bucks. A Couple Good Cans Of Carb Cleaner About 5 Bucks. A Few Hours Of Your Time ... "Priceless" LoL. A Rochester Is Fairly Simple To Rebuild. Just Watch Out For That Little BB. Make Sure It Gets Put Back In The Proper Hole. Sick

backed them out, got gas everywhere, turned them in( still got gas everywhere), all the way in- i don't know where all this gas is coming from?- thinking about removing and rebuilding(but not by me!) or towing it to my mechanic and letting him deal with it!
