It looks wierd in that picture, but i think #58 is the handle for the lever. It looks like they used the diagram from a 78 with the rod or whatever it is that comes up through the grille, but basically thats what it is,just the handle.

The price was for all three. I think the one your looking for is on the left.

Yep it's the left one piece 58 on the drawing above. I talked to one of the owners who sold it to another guy and I sent him an e-mail asking if he had the part in his garage, waiting for a reply. So how much for piece 58?

Good Morning Damon, The previous owner found the bracket and dropped it off. Took a little heat and beat to whip it back into shape. It's now installed and looking good. Thank you for your reply and for your help.

Just an update, I used a product made by 3m/Bondo thats used to repair plastic bumpers on the front bumper cover and it worked great. The cover was ripped in several places when a previous owner went over a curb stop and then backed up. The product worked was was sandable after after about 30 minutes. I was able to get some paint color code 11 from Duplicolor in the "Perfect Match" spray cans. The paint matched very well when blended with the original paint. I painted the lower section before installing on the car and under the license plate holder. Then once it was on painted the rest. The reson for this was to reduce the cracks that would occur when you try to install such a flexible material, painted with a hardening paint. I'll shoot a couple of picture tomorow to show you the fininshed product. I did find out the the lower section of the ocver was held in by three bolt. The bracket was needed for the center bolt, but the two outer bolts had torn through as well causing the cover to sag down. I used larger washers when putting it back together and got good results.

best regards
Rob
