Default Frame rail repair

Does anybody know how muck it cost's to replace a rear frame rail on a 2nd gen Camaro/ I found some rust inside the frame rail and would like to have it replaced. It's just one side, hasn't rusted through but would like all the strength to be there. If it isn't to much I would like to do both sides.

Default RE: Frame rail repair

I am going through this with my car, I bought both rails for 200. they are 200 each on ebay and I got both for 179 on summit w/ basically free shipping. IF you are not doing the work yourself, consider it very expensive ( jsut guessing) since they have to drop the rear end and all of that. I figure it will still be a project but well worth it.

Let me know what the quote is for the shop. thanks

I was going to get the one's from summit but I think the set at classic industries will fit better. The shop wont give a rough price and it's about 2 hours away ,but i heard its about $250 a side. I'll let you know if I find out.
