Default Flywheel 79 camaro help

I hear a rattling sound from my car and I hear it coming from my transmission. I take off my inspection plate and find a bolt. It looks like it came from my fly wheel. I could be wrong but i think it might have to do with my flywheel or torque converter. whenever my car is warm there is almost no rattling in park, but when i put it in reverse or drive it rattles like crazy. Could someone please tell me if i need to lift my engine up to get to my transmission? Also could it be something else? thank you.

OK I doubt this is good... you have 3 or 4 Torque converter bolts and 5(?) 6(?) flywheel bolts.... If it is a Torque converter bolt you might get lucky and just re install it.... if it is a flywheel bolt you have to drop the tranny and inspect the flywheel (the true term for an automatic is Flex plate) for cracks... I would think you have a cracked Flex plate... not hard to replace in the grand scale of the universe but you do get to yank the Tranny our to do it. A talented person who has done it a few times might get it done in a couple of hours...

I would definately check the converter bolts first. There should be 3. You can check these by removing the dust cover and having someone just bump the engine over.
