Default Engine decision made

I just had my mind up made for me! I was debating what to do about an engine, work with the 0.030 over 350 that I have now or move up to a 383. I just picked up a new set of Probe Industries forged 4.040 bore 3.75" stroke pistons for $130 so it will be a 383(385 at 0.040). With the heads that I have(64 cc camel humps), they will give me a static compression ratio of around 9.15. That'll be great for pump gas and still let me add a power adder later if I want. I'll be picking up an Eagle stroker crank and new rods to go along with them. I love Craigslist!

I also picked up a brand new aluminum oil pan. While I got great prices on both of those, I picked up a box of miscellaneous parts for $5. In the box is a Sig Erson cam degree wheel, Holley parts galore(well over $100 worth), HEI recurve kit, cam degreeing bushings, a cookie tin full of Quadrajet parts and a few miscellaneous other parts. If anyone needs the Quadrajet parts let me know and you can have them.
