Default dash

I am in the early stages of my build and was wondering if anyone can clarify which is the best choice. My dash is old and cracked, I know its hard to believe, but it is, lol. Anyways, on ebay I see ads for dash caps, dash overlays, dash pad covers, and whatever else they want to call it. Just curious if anyone has bought one and how it worked out? Where did they get it from? Cost? Quality? Thanks for the help.

Default RE: dash

I don't have any experience with dash panels but...

All I can say is if you want it to fit properly but it from Yearone. I thought I would save a few bucks on carpet and ordered it from a company on ebay. Barely fits properly...had to trim it like crazy. I hear the year one stuff would have dropped right in...all for $25 more or so.

If the dash panel is really chealy priced you can guarantee that it is badly made in china by employees who get paid based on quantity produced and not quality of product.
