I am now a full fledged member of the 2nd gen owners club!! I bought a 1980 Z28 today!!

 

Has a few minor issues that need to be addressed before it gets back on the road. t There was gas left in the tank when it was parked 15 years ago, so the tank is going to need to be pulled, drained, and cleaned. The brake and fuel lines need replaced, and the carb may need to be rebuilt.

All the mechanics were gathered around it talking about it when I got there to pick it up. They all agreed that they hadn't seen one in better shape in years. Even the typical trouble spots looked great!
