RE: common problems

RE: common problems
Rot and decay of gaskets, rubber hoses (fuel lines (sitting in my lap as we speak), radiator hoses, etc., etc.), hard to find parts like seat belts, electrical hacks not done properly, failing instrumentation, etc. Just have to tackle it one problem at a time and have a lot of patience. Money helps too.

RE: common problems
yeah, luckily I have most of the weird parts for the car, like all the wiring, and the harness, and all the interior.
I have all the wiring I just don't know where all of it goes to lol. I followed the wiring to the rear tailights, dome light, 2 rear speakers, and wiring to seatbelts(weird) and labeled them with tape. The hard part is going to be organizing all the things in the dash and the front end, since almost nothing on the front end is complete

HA HA HA HA!
Yeah, that's a problem I've ran into in almost every part of my car where there's a wire apparently. Sad thing is that the person apparently didn't know what they were doing. Chopped wires everywhere and some just hanging with no connections. Took me an entire weekend just to get the wiring in the rear lights working 100% like they're supposed to and have clean connections without the fear of electrical fires.

yeah lol, luckily this guy didn't go up underneath the dash, but some of the wiring does look like it needs to be cleaned.
I can't figure out which wire is to the battery... I really need to order that book of helmsinc.com but I don't havea credit card to do so
