Check this 69 Convertible on Ebay - A good deal ?

What does everyone think of this nice looking 69 Convertible on Ebay... ? Opinions welcome... What's good / what's bad ?

not for 30K, unless ur big on originality... plus a 2barrel 327 back then only put out 210 horses.... sad. for 30 grand, id want t to look as good as the one in the pics, but at least have a monster v8 or an ls1 swap
