Car uneven on lift

Car uneven on lift
I have a mid-rise lift, with two ramps that support the weight of the car. The ramps are spaced so that one side of the front subframe is on a ramp and the side is not, resulting in the car tilting slightly to one side.
It doesn't seem like there's enough tilt to be unsafe, but I'm thinking of putting a couple of 4x4s from side to side - one in the front, one towards the back - to even the car out.
Anybody see a problem with either leaving it as is, or in having the car sit on a couple of 4x4s?

There are a lot of mid lift designs out there. For mine 4"x4" are not a problem. Heck I even stack 2"X4" but mine is a very heavy mid size lift. Lift itself is 1200+ lbs. If your lift is a lighter you may want to look at what the manufacture offers. On most lifts you can get a risers that lock into the pad position. Also keep in mind the Camaro is shaped like a wedge you want to watch the floor not the roof/hood when you are trying to get it level.
I rarely use the tire supports and mostly just stick wood block under the car on the table area. You want to be sure the cars center of mass is in or near the middle of the lift base. Keep in mind removing parts will shift the center mass. I have seen professionals remove rear axles only to have the car end up on their work bench.
Always set the lift on its locks and try to knock it over. If it rocks too much re-center it. Stands are always a good idea if you are unsure. Harbor Freight sells full height stands that can be cut down to mid height with a hack saw and a little care.
Safety first don't pull your punch when check to see if the car is safe. You want to rock it a good 2-3 times harder then you would do with a wrench. Car falling off a lift can be a problem and may cost you some money. Car falling on you will cost you 100x more, assuming you survive. Auto mechanic is the second most debilitating career. Most of the serious injuries happen due to a lift. These are people who, in most cases, are trained to use the lift.
Number on cause for lift related injury???
Trying to get into a car that is lifted up.
