Every time I start a project I find something else that needs to be done..big surprise, huh?

I'm underneath draining the diff fluid so I can start the rear disk conversion and find a pin hole leak in the gas tank. Anybody swap a tank before? How hard is it? Special tools, what to look out for, etc?
