when u change a cam, do you have to change the transmission?

 

No you don't. You just want to get the right cam for your application.
But, if I sold transmissions for a living, then I would tell you yes!

yea i probably would say the same thing if i sold them to.... lol

well yeah the car just stopped shiftin so i'm tryin to find out if either the transmission is trippin cause the engine has a different cam in it, or if its something else...... check the other post i posted "car isn't shifting"
