Found the buildsheet for my 77 Camaro on top of the gas tank. Cant hardly read it and was wondering if theres a way to clean it up a bit?

Most of it is just simply gone so this information cannot be retrieved. I do not know any method that would work for sure, but I would scan it on the computer and tweak the image to get high contrast so the numbers are more readable.
Maybe there are other options that I am not aware of.
