billed sheets..
Hows it going everybody Im restoring a 1980 camaro z28 and I found the billed sheet in the rear seat.. It kinda ripped up so I was wondering if anybody could tell me how I can get a new copy made.. Thanks dbz28
Ha good question dude, I have the same car and I think that would be a pretty cool thing to get my hands on since I'm restoring it. Anyways, I did a little looking around and this is all I could find on the matter..
I guess that don't reproduce those. Check this out though, I guess its mainly if you're going to put your car in shows or whatever. They put a nasty picture of your car in the background on it and you can list all of your mods and what it originally came with. And I'm not sure if you're interested in this or not, but I figured I'd throw it in haha. It's a place that reproduces the original window stickers for your car. I'm thinking about picking one of those up.
Build sheets (or some times referred to as broadcast sheet) were stuffed in various places depending on the year of your vehicle and where your vehicle was assembled. The build sheet is often located either over the gas tank or behind or under the rear seat. To our knowledge there is no place that will reproduce a build sheet for a Camaro. A legible build sheet is an invaluable resource in determining what a vehicle came with originally. It is our sincere hope that build sheets don't start getting reproduced like other documentation has. If your build sheet is not somewhere on your Camaro (please don't tear your car apart trying to find it) then it is lost forever.
