hey guys, i'm looking for some extra parts for my 81 camaro, but everywhere i go, most of the catalog is for 1st gen camaros, i'm looking for parts such as lower radiator supports and such, i really don't get it, the 2nd gen camaros were the years that they had to use the most parts to build but you can't find a damn part for it anywhere, i've already looked just about everywhere from jegs's to like national parts depot and etc.... do you guys have any ideas where i would be able to get parts like that.

 

Have you tried ecklers camaro or americanrestorationparts.com? sometimes they have what Im looking for... maybe yearone, but their prices are too high.

oops, i forgot to include that one, ya i have tried ecklers camaro but thy don't have any radiator supports, they basically have everything from the front nose cone, emblems, and interior stuff, and just regular things, but as far as body panels, the only things you can't find is the lower radiator supports, i'm not to sure, but did they stop producing these for some reason.

ya, thats another source, but around here there was only one second generation camaro in all of the junkyards around here, and last week they crushed it, actually the day that i was supposed to go and get something off of it, i saw the guy picking the car up out of the crusher, that was a dissapointment, thats why i thought i would post a forum and see if anyone know any other place where i can find parts.

damn, it looks like i already tried every place out there, npd is a place to add to the list that i've already looked at, any others, maybe i'm just wasting my time, is parts for that not in production anymore?
