Best Lowering springs?

Default Best Lowering springs?

Hey everyone I really want to lower my 78 camaro does ayone one know where I can get the lowering springs to do this?

why not just do lowering spindles? keep the factory ride and all.

How much would that lower my car? and how much does that run?

2" drop spindle and 250-310 you can get them from classic industries and I'm sure for less on eba..

the springs are cheaper and usually you need stiffer springs to prevent bottoming out if you lower the car. drop spindles can also cause steering issues: http://www.nastyz28.com/forum/showthread.php?t=115255

cheaper doesn't mean better. Things can't always be about saving a few dimes. And no need for a stiffer spring, the bump stops wil andle that. You4 have to hit a dip pretty ard to bottom out depending on what size tire/wheel combo your going wit.

Bump stops shouldn't be used too much. Best to go with a slightly stiffer/shorter spring. Plus you'll have to go that route in the rear, as lowering blocks are crap.

I have been doing a bit of research and it seems like Springs are the most common and recomended has any one ever used spindle or springs to lower their car??
