Best Automatic Shifter?

Default Best Automatic Shifter?
I am looking to replace my Automatic Shifter with either a Hurst V-Matic or the B & M Hammer Shifter. Anyone have any experiences or recommendations on which I should go with?

i have the quicksliver B&M. i like it, it works really well. i just changed the **** with one that i made my self.

Have you had any issues with the Linkage cable sliding off the transmission? I had a problem with the Hurst V-Matic on my 1st Gen Firebird slipping off in Reverse.
