Default Auto to manual

I have a 70 Camaro that was a factory automatic. Right now im putting in a Muncie m20. I was looking to install the bracket that mounts to the frame to support the z bar, but the three holes on the frame didn't match the pattern on the bracket. Do I have to drill those holes myself or am I just missing something.


It's called the frame side pivot ball bracket

You sure you got the right bracket? This is what your bracket and corresponding frame hole positions should look like:

Oh I musta been looking in the wrong spot. Just to be clear is that the outside of the drivers side rail?

That is exactly where mine is. I also did the swap. The holes get tapped by the bolts.

Well when I bought all the stuff for my swap I failed to remember the new brake pedal. I was thinking about just cutting up the original to the size of the manual pedal. Any objections??
