hi im finishing up my 3 year build and an hoping to find some info. camaros of any year are rare out here so i dont have much to refer to. the car was a basketcase bare metal shell that i diddnt pull apart so ive hit some hurdles im stuck on several things. when i installed the door handles there is a rod? from the handle to the latch that i dont have and cannot find a picture of anywhere anyone have one layin round thay can measure or photograph? also i just bought a new front screen and there are 2 l brackets at the bottom to set its height im after the dimensions so i can fab them up. any info would be a great help. i am also hunting the left hand hoodlining trim above the door as mine has gone brittle and falls apart when u touch it are repro ones avalable over there or are you guys in the same boat and have to hunt .thanks

Welcome! Is this one of the items your looking for? These go below the windscreen,as you put it, and the seller will ship worldwide.

Welcome! My Camaro is earlier so I don't have the plastic trim above the door. They're metsl on the early 2nd gen Camaros. But I can measure up those two pieces that locate the windshield, if you'd like? Then you can build them and dip them in rubber coating to finish them.

Mine are sligtly different than those on Ebay, but do the same thing. Mine are a metal 90 degree piece with the hole 1/2" back from the edge of the 90 degree bend. But mine use a small rectangular piece of rubber that's 1/4"x1/4" and about 1.5" long on the windshield side to space the windshield off the bracket.
So the actual spacing from the edge of the glass to the hole is aprox. 3/4" with bracket and rubber bumper. Hope this helps!-Vall

By the way, my door panels are still off, so I'll try to get a picture in the next few days, plus some measurements for that rod too.

You can ask the seller to ship either priority or express mail and you should get them pretty fast.I've shipped items to Australia several times through priority mail and they always get within 5 days, express should only take 2-3 days.Although if you can make them it would save you some money, which is usually a good thing lol.
