I was driving the car today and heard a clicking sound coming from behind the climate controls. I reached underneath and this thing fell out in my hand. I'm assuming it goes somewhere in that vicinity but couldn't see where when I looked. Black casing (that's clearly broken) with a clear lense-type top/bottom insert. There is kind of a fin on the end also and it looks like a small journal inside for maybe a bulb? Looks like it's been glued before. Sorry the pictures aren't more clear. Any help is appreciated. I can't tell from the pictures. Might be the lamp holder for the slide climate controls.

 

Definitely not part of the wiper switch. Could be the lamp holder, there's no lights behind the climate controls currently. It fell out directly behind the climate controls. I just can't see where this thing goes behind there. I've looked several times. I'll try to get a clearer picture up but it looks like this thing'll have to wait until the dash gets removed this winter.
