Default any experience with dash cover pads?

so finally got the carpet installed ( half fast), now moving onto the dash. It's cracked on top and the edge facing the windshield is coming apart like a layer cake. Can't find any replacement dash for less than 350, so i was wondering if the dash covers would work for me. anyone has any experience with these?

Yes, this same question came up very recently. I helped a friend install a cap on his Camaro from National PArts Depot. $80 and it looks just like factory. We chopped off all the warped high spots so it would lay down nicely, then used adhesive and the stuff that came with it to secure it.
