anyone buy the edelbrock air gap manifold. the more i see it the more i wanna pick one up. but i dont know if its any better or worse then the one i have. i have the performer eps or esp i cant remeber off my head right now. and im not really sure. right now the motor has a stock cam and heads and yeah. so im thinken put a very mild cam. i need to know what im doen with manifolds.

I have an Airgap on a bigblock with all Edelbrock RPM heads and cam etc. The theory is great but I think you'd have to do a back to back test on a dyno to see any power difference.

I just put one on a big block, too. I don't think you'll ever notice the power difference, but if you're getting an intake anyway, why not? The Endurashine finish looks killer.

I have the RPM airgap also..on a 454..I really couldnt tell you if it is different then the regular RPM but it looks cooler...If you get the air gap then get the RPM and not the Performer, that way it is a step up. .........And thats not it in the pic's..thats the old intake before the hood.

The Endurashine is just polished, so it will need some upkeep. I waxed mine with Teflon wax. Some Zoopseal would work, too.
