So I've been going back and forth between Camaro's and Firebirds.

For some reason, I like the 1967 - 1969 Firebirds body however the motor's I'm not so much interested it. All of the Firebirds I see have a swapped Chevy motor into them. Very rare to see a Pontiac 400 still in them.

Anyway, any thoughts on this Camaro?

Looks to be in a good condition, however it is a 350. What type of HP would a 350 with those mods put out?

Seller doesn't know much about his own car. Says he swapped the 8.2" rearend for a stronger 8.5" posi. The '72 never came with an 8.2", and always had a 8.5" rearend. Looks decent, but you'd have to look it over. The split bumpers were added to a std. model to give it a sort of RS look, but it still has the lower turnsignals, and no urethane nose, so it is not a real RS split bumper car.
The engine mods will add some HP, but how much is impossible to know, as we'd need more info to say. Price seems OK, but you need to judge that yourself.

Any thoughts about this car

1971 camaro new 454 motor and tranny

Supposedly just got a paint job and his friend spent $12K+ on the motor and getting it built up. He said there needs some interior and some other parts. No power steering.
