I have been trying to find new taillights for my 1980 z28 but havent been able to find any, does anyboday know of a website that actually carries them or have any other sugestions. thanks

 

As far as I know OER just started to repop them. I don't even think there in stock anywhere. I do know of someone purchasing them through summit of all places, I think he was put on back order. BTW open your wallet DEEP.

 

you wont need to have z28 ones,,, reg ones will work fine and you can add the black stripe yourself, but i havent found them in quite some time

 

Most people don't know about the stripe. I agree though, easily added.

 

yeah ive just found it easier to find them without, my cars a z but my tails were replaced with non z tails, so im adding my stripe

Alot of companies such as classic,npd,and others are showing them on thier websites and catalogs,but if you try to order them,they are on backorder,and have been for a few years.

DK when my came back to me it had one of each.

 

For what its worth, Classic Industries has sent emails to people who ordered back in 08 saying the taillights are in stock.
