I know I was thinking we are being pretty bad. I hope he does come back with pics tomorrow. maybe with some cool rims and a nice paint job, or a big engine and no hood... itll be a good looking car. Im keeping my fingers crossed.

Yeah, that's all the same car as the 2 links I listed. Is that your car, or one like it?

"And then there were two". Despite what it is, your car could be a rare collectible, being it's a vintage conversion package (assuming it is).
Does your car have the Mini Vette badge, or the sign of it ever having one?

OMG it is worse then I was picturing it. If it was mine I would be firing up the mig weld tonight. I don't think I could sleep with that abomination in my garage.

LOL ok Its not that bad I just rarely get to use the word abomination

And you spelt it rite too! For what it's worth, I use the word Obamanation all the time, which happens to be the preferred form of spelling.
I couldn't find any background info on this Mini Vette option. So, was it an end user aftermarket thing only, or did dealers (with bad taste) offer it as a gotta have, add-on....you know, like a sunroof?
No doubt they probably would have thrown in a free set of curb feelers too.
I'd want to find out more about the history of this option, before taking a sawzall, torch, and sledge hammer to the car.
For all we know, he could have the Edsel of the Camaro world there.

I seem to remember seeing one of those once over the years, but I thought someone took the "opera windows" from a Lincoln Continental and grafted them into a Camaro. Didn't realise that dealers might have done this as a legit package.
