Default 69Z has not been started in 15 years!!!!

I recently obtained a 69 Z-28 that has not been started in 15 years. Besides the car needs a new clutch so I am told what needs to be done to this car before it can be a cruiser for now. The rest of the car is beautiful and just needs to be cleaned up a little.????

Use A Pull Bar And Socket On The Harmonic Balancer And See If You Can Turn The Motor Some Clockwise. If It Turns Remove The Fuel Tank, Open It Up Drain All The Old Fuel Out. Check For Rust. If Theres Alot Of Rust Get A New Tank. If Only Slight Rust Put A Couple Handfuls Of Pea Gravel And Shake The Mess Out Of It. Wash It Out With Gas And Put It Back In. Change The Oil And Filter. Put A Hot Battery In It And A Gallon Or Two Of Gas. Check And See If It Has Water And Tranny Fluid. Remove The Fuel Line That Goes From Fuel Pump To The Carb. Spin It Over Once Or Twice And See If You Can Get It To Pump Some Fuel. If So Turn It Over A Few More Times To Empty Any Remaining Old Fuel. Replace Fuel Filter. Reconnect The Fuel Line. Pull Out The Number One Plug And Plug It Back Into The Wire. Ground The Tip Of The Plug Against The Exhaust Manifold And Spin It Over To See If The Plug Fires. ( Becareful Of Any Spilled Fuel ) If So Put The Plug Back In. Remove The Carb. You Can Get A Kit For About 25 Bucks If It's A Quadrajet. If You Can't Put The Kit In It Have Someone Do It For Ya. As Long As It Has Sat It Will Need A Kit. Replace The Carb .Pour About A Half Pint Of 30 Weight Motor Oil Down Through The Carb With The Barrels Wide Open. The Cylinders Walls Will Be Dry And The Oil Will Facilitate Compression. Pump The Mess Out Of The Accelerator While Spinning It Over And Cross Your Fingers. If It Cranks Do A Full Tune Up. Just Remember Most Likely There Is Gonna Be Alot Of Rust Buildup Inside The Engine. Once The Engine Wears That Rust Away The Engine Isn't Gonna Be As Tight. It's Probably Gonna Use A Little Oil VIA The Oil Rings And Dry Rotted Valve Seals. Not To Mention Slack In The Bearings. It May Run Quite A Long Time Like That. At Some Point It Probably Needs To Be Bored With New Pistons And Have The Heads Rebuilt. That And Some New Bearings Will Fix Her Up Like New. Good Luck. Sick
