RE: 67 Convertible Purchase
Thanks for the feed back. I should have it home this coming week. I will be doing the suspension first any recommendations for the front and rear springs. I will be keeping the drivetrain stock. I did find this suspension kit from Ecklers anybody have it?

RE: 67 Convertible Purchase
Thanks for the comments. I ended up bringing the car to my friends body shop and we took it apart, removed the interior, all the chrome bombers, door handles etc., removed the top and the suspension. So far the suspension has been completely rebuilt including front disk conversion. The engine and trans have been resealed, belts, hoses and tuned. The interior will be done this week. The paint is in good shape but we did find a couple of areas with minor rust in the lower rear quarter so we will be fixing and completely repainting. The new robins top will be installed shortly after the paint. I have a set of 15/7 ralleys on order to replace the 14" steel rims with hub capsit came with. The body on restoration should be complete by early April. Other than the brakes and ralleys the car is being restored original. I will have before and after pictures to post when complete for anyone interested.
The cost of my little restoration project will be 9K bring the total investment to 25K. Still worth it.
