It's pretty much a bolt in with new motor mounts. You'll probably have to get a different tranny, I don't think the 6 came with a th350 (I think it was a 250) but the crossmember should work. I'm also not sure of the size of the radiator, might need a bigger one of those too. As far as anything bolted to the engine i.e. alternator, water pump, powersteering pump and distributor, those will have to all be V8 parts (I'm sure you already know this, but put it out there anyway)
I did this a number of years ago on a Monte Carlo, and it was pretty strait forward, should be the same with a Camaro. Best of luck

My son is coming home from Afghanistan frist of march and his 1980 V6 to V8 camaro project is about to start. He has been buying stuff off the net for 3 three mths now, new engine to trans and all kinds of things shop is full of boxs. Have digital camera will try to keep shots coming
