Default Bolt Pattern and Wheels

Hey there. Here's my question...I have a'69 with 15" centerlines on it now and went to swap out my wheels with the AR Nova 18"'s. It was then that I figured out that the guy that built the car swapped the rear out with a Ford. So my bolt pattern is now a 5x4.75 front and 5x5.5 rear. It's getting pretty difficult finding wheels except the TT which I don't want. They're a great classic look but I'm looking for a more pro touring type of look. Without getting custom forged done I'm looking for suggestions that any of you have! Thanks a lot!

Two options:
1. Use an adapter - bolts onto the axle and has lug bolts for the BC you need.
2. Remove the axles and machine them for the BC needed and install new studs.

#2 is trhe safest route.

Rotten Leonard sells a drill template kit you can buy for under $100 to do the swap yourself from the 5.5" to 4.75" pattern. I know several people who have done it using the kit, and it works great! Simply bolt it on your axle and use the drill that comes with it to locate the new hole. Pretty simple, and quick. Also cheaper than having a machine shop do it.
