With all the space saver spare tires used today, has anyone identified a later GM spare that will fit a 67? I have a 67 SS tribute so I don't need a correct numbers matching spare but something that will fit the need. Certainly the bolt pattern is standard but assuming I had a disc brake conversion kit that requires a 15 wheel, that's the size I need. Appreciate any feedback.

 

I think most just carry 1-2 cans of fix a flat and a little air compressor that plugs into a cigar lighter
