Please forgive me if this question was answered elsewhere. I swear I looked and searched but didn't find it.
Anyway my question is this, i bought the front bumper guards and cannot for the life of me figure out how they are to be attached. The top portion has the bracket and the bolt which is NOT the problem. The bottom however does not fit to the hole in the bumper. Other than using duct tape or zip ties [which I'm obviously NOT going to do] what other piece is missing so that a bolt can be used to secure the bumper guard to the bumper via the hole under the bottom portion of the bumper?

Thanks for your reply. I have MS that has affected my speech so i find it less stressful to post then make phone calls to businesses. I am more self conscious about it than the people i call. With my stutter people think i have a crappy phone or that i am in an underground bunker because they think the signal is cutting in and out.

I already have that page in my book. That is where the confusion took place, I found out that company i bought them from sent me the rear bumper guards instead of the front ones. With the crappy weekend weather here in Pennsylvania, it's tough to physically locate a '67 that had the bumper guards on it to visually notice that the wrong ones were sent. Not that I'm complaining, but there are usually 4 or 5 '69s at the shows around here, 2 or 3 '68s, and maybe 1 '67 to look at, but they don't have the bumper guards.
