Oil Pan leak with new blue gasket

SB 350 ...Anyone had this problem, oil pan gasket leaks with new Blue gasket ?? Could I of over tightened ?!?!?

Or pan was not flat on gasket flanges.
Or PCV is not working therefore crankcase building pressure.
