I dont want to sound like a newbie but I got lucky and found 2 RS camaros one has no plates on it but I do know the history of the car and have last registered owner in 75!

the hidden vin below the fan on the firewall has as follows

WHAT IS THIS?

FIREWALL also has a stamp to the right of the fan
