hi guys new to this forum .my dad and i are building a 69 x11 the car has ac and power steering . we're using gmpp 385 fastburn motor . does any one make headers to fit this with this combo the heads are d port aluminum weve tryed hookers and heddmans shortys and standard lenght .but the tubes hit both the ac box and the steering box . any suggestions would be appereciated thanks

 

i had the same trouble with my p/s box. you wont be dissapointed with this company. ceramic coated or plain.

with my stock heads, i wound up with about 1/2" of clearance from my p/s box. they will fab up custom headers for a reasonable price too.

 

called them got a set there on and look good still had to dimple in the pipe to clear the steering box oh well cannt winn them all thanks for the info
