Default 69 Front clip

I am looking for a new front clip and am hoping to find some input. What type of quality comes with this new tube like framing? As I have been shopping around I have noticed that some of this tube framing is cheaper then normal frames. Is there a big difference in quality of design or is this strictly based on the type of metal used?

~Thanks for the information~

The original frames are weaker/heavier than the tubed ones, also they are updated to easily accept most suspention upgrades.
