67 complete wiring harness
Hi,
Newbie here. I have just picked up a very sweet project to work on for the next few years. It is a 67 standard, V-8 car. It was an originally a complete stripped race car since 1979. It is presently in the body shop and I am sure it has been asked here before but I need a very good wiring harness for it. We are putting it back on the street since it was in such good shape. I have looked at alot of aftermarket stuff and I want an easy install and a nice set up. Any ideas? I have heard the 67 has a narrow fuse block. I am not really concerned about being original because this car will be a driver.Any ideas would be great.
Thanks,

I have used and liked the American Autowire kit on my '68 convertible...

It depends on what you want for a finished look and what your abilities are. Most of our customers want a clean looking street car. This means that we hide as much of the wiring as possible. Some kits are more flexible for routing, these are the more universal kits (like Ron Francis). These kits also have plenty of extra circuits for optional equipment (engine computers, power access, hi perf additions).
The custom kits are more geared towards stock appearance and not as user friendly for modern add-ons. The custom kits are much easier for the first time installer and will require less time.
