Default 1969 Camaro SS Undercarriage Question

I'm thinking about purchasing this 1969 Camaro but the under carriage doesn't look that great. Based on the attached picture, do I have anything to be concerned about?

Thanks

Try to keep in mind that is is a 41 year old car. From the picture, I can't see any rust areas on the floors or rockers. Those are a couple of important areas, in addition to the rear frame rails. Looks good to me though, all things considered.

I was concerned about the black tar like substance on the under carriage. I guess I expecting to see a clear undercoating of some sort.
