Default Couple Muncie Questions

Hey guys, new member here. Im looking for answers to a few simple questions. Im pretty sure I know the answers, but I would like some confirmation before I order things.

I just dropped in this crate engine
http://store.chevroletperformance.co...-19210008--%3E

Now im looking to order a new transmission. I had the muncie m20 before and Im thinking I would like to get another ( unless someone can sway me)

My question is though:

Whats the difference between bolt and stud type levers? Is it simply if the linkage connects with either a nut on the stud, or they are bolt on?

Ive been looking at this transmission: Wide ratio with 2.52
Camaro Parts | 1969-1970 | 1969-70 M20 4 SPEED WIDE RATIO TRANSMISSION WITH 2.52 1ST GEAR - BOLT TYPE LEVERS - RH SPEEDO DRIVE | Classic Industries

Or would I be better looking at the m21 and 2.20. This care will be a weekend cruiser with the occasional track day, but rarely ever. Ive always loved how the m20 shifts.

Thanks
Daniel

Stud mounting is early '60's to '68, I believe.
Bolt mounting started in '69.
First gear trans ratio goes along with rear axle ratio.
For a given axle ratio, the 2.52 will allow less clutch slippage at start and move the mass faster then the 2.20 ratio.
