Default Clutch return spring connection

Can anyone tell me where the factory clutch return spring connects on a Muncie 4-speed? I see the hole on the clutch fork but don't know where the spring (#11) connects on the body side? Mine didn't have the spring or rod when I got it. I'm not sure how far the spring should be stretched while resting.

It should connect to the frame mounted member of the motor mount, this pic is from a video on restoring the spring on a '68 Nova ,Camaro and Nova are the same.
I'll also post the video but for some reason there's no sound.
