69 rear suspension
Hello,
I have a 69 with multi leaf I would like to run air shocks, but can't seem to find anything that fits. I talked to the tech at Gabriel and he told me I needed part# 49114. https://gabriel.com/product-search/l...?partnum=49114. These seem to be too short and aren't clocked the the correct position. I had Monroe Max-Air on before and they rubbed on the axel tube and upper spring plate. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

LOL I thought the only reason air shocks existed was the first and second gen Camaros. Back in the 70's finding a Camaro without air shocks was harder then finding one with them. I Monroe's on mine.
.
With the cars value now I think most guys just get the springs re-arched and good gas shock to keep the nicer ride.
