Default 67 rear springs

I have had two Ist gen Camaros that were total restorations and modified, one a big block, other a 350, both had mono-leaf rear springs. Are these best, ot would multi-leaf be better?

Hi, and sorry for the late reply.

I think it depends on what your doing with the car, but I believe a good multi lef spring would be the smarter choice.

I would add that mono-leaf springs can be dangerous because when they break, well, it's not pretty.

Mono Leaf vs. Multi Leaf Springs

The best thing for you to do is call the guys at Hotchkis or Eaton and get what best suits your driving needs.
