ORIGINAL: 4birdman

I chose the carbon fiber ones because MuscleRodz called me up and said "we want to donate some carbon fiber header gaskets"

Apparently they are incedibly strong and won't ever burn out, either.
well that will work.

I am interested how they work. please keep us up dated.

Welcome! Wow, what a great thing to do for your brother in law. I'm sure it'll be a super car once it's done. Is it going to be a surprise or does he know about it?

Just got back from the TA Nationals, so I haven't had a chance to get the 2" cowl hood that Firewheel Classics donated home yet, it's in my office at work.

But I did get a LS1 master cylinder from a good friend of mine.

Blade, I'll keep ya posted. I'm about to put a set on my 98 TA to see how they work before I put a set on the 68.

camaroguy, he has no idea what we're doing for him, it's gonna be a total surprise. [8D]

If its not too late, save any paperwork that you find attached to the old gas tank. It might be the original build sheet, sometimes they put them there.
